Customer Account Representative’s main function is to provide the ultimate in customer service by following company policy and procedures while opening new accounts, taking orders, providing information on accounts receivable, providing product information, shipping information, and marketing messages through verbal/written communication. As a member of the front line customer focused team the Customer Account Representative is relied upon to assist all external customers as well as support of internal personal. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service through all channels of communication identified within the contact center. While focusing on customer’s experience, the Customer Account Representative is also required to ensure customer satisfaction by prevention of needless wait time, processing requests efficiently, timely and within the specifically outlined attendance schedule.
Previous Customer Service and call center experience desirable
