Lauren Brostoski has been with Comserve since 2010, developing her skills and gaining valuable experience by serving in a variety of rolls. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Misericordia University. In 2014, Lauren took on the position of Customer Service Manager, responsible for serving clients in both the United States and Canada.
In this position, Lauren is responsible for ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered to Comserve customers. Whether through clear communication, or policy implementation, Lauren sets the standard for quality so that personnel are trained, guided and mentored toward success.
