About the Position

Contact Center Specialists focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through both customer service and operational tasks, for specific and variable projects throughout the year. These specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, managing interactions through numerous platforms. They implement database solutions to streamline inventory and financial processes while also serving as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders. Representatives are required to display excellent verbal and written communication as well as superb attention to detail all while being confident working in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, learning new computer systems, and speaking to medical professionals by phone and email daily. This is completed with prevention of needless wait time, processing requests efficiently, accurately, timely and within the specifically outlined attendance schedule. The main purpose is to provide the ultimate in customer service by following company policy and procedures while opening new accounts, taking orders, providing vaccine and medical information, shipping information, online support, and marketing messages through both verbal and written communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Interpersonal Communication Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism 

  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
