About the Position
Customer Services Representative serve the primary purpose of providing medical professionals with efficient and effective technical support and sales assistance. This will entail providing accurate, valid, and complete information through utilizing the best communications skills, methods, and tools. Through assisting our clients, customer service representatives must follow communication procedures guidelines, and policies.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Ability to work an 8-hour day between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Proficient with Microsoft Applications, primarily Excel and Word
Interpersonal Communication Skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment
Exhibit a high level of professionalism with interactions internally and externally
