About the Position
Customer Services Representatives focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, primarily via telephone interactions. These representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced ever- changing environment, managing interactions through numerous platforms. This is completed with prevention of needless wait time, processing requests efficiently, accurately, timely and within the specifically outlined attendance schedule. The main purpose is to provide the ultimate in customer service by following company policy and procedures while opening new accounts, taking orders, providing vaccine and medical information, shipping information, online support, and marketing messages through both verbal and written communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Interpersonal Communication Skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment
Exhibit a high level of professionalism
Full vaccination against COVID-19
