About the Position

Project Specialists focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through both customer service and operational tasks, for specific and variable projects throughout the year. These specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, managing interactions through numerous platforms. They implement database solutions to streamline inventory and financial processes while also serving as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders. Representatives are required to display excellent verbal and written communication as well as superb attention to detail all while being confident working in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, learning new computer systems, and speaking to professionals by phone and email daily. Projects will change throughout the year based upon company priorities and initiatives within the organization. Prior to beginning a new project, representative will receive adequate training to gain more knowledge and to foster success in that role. The expectations will remain the same - to provide a positive customer experience, while complying to all company processes, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Interpersonal Communication Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism 

  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
