In her eleven years as CEO of ComServe Systems, Mari has successfully marketed and grown the business into a multi-million company. She has a bachelors degree from the University of Scranton.

Mary Ann has nineteen years of experience within both pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She began her career in sales with Sanofi Pasteur and joined ComServe Systems, LLC in 2010. She has held several roles throughout the years in the Field Sales, Marketing, Training, and Management. Mary Ann directs and oversees the organization’s strategic and long-range goal planning. She drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of growth plans for ComServe Systems. Mary Ann strives to exceed client and customer needs, offering solutions for success, coaching, and developing employees, and cultivating new business relationships. Mary Ann received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Villanova University.

Angela Youells

Angela is a Senior Contact Center Operations Managers with over ten years of experience within ComServe Systems. She began her career at ComServe in 2008 as a Contact Center Representative and since, has held several positions within contact centers, sales, training, and leadership. Angela has successfully led several teams with exponential growth. Regularly, she provides valuable insight to clients regarding customer trends as well as solutions-based business support for customer experience and workflow efficiencies. In addition she takes a team based approach and invests time in their success. Angela received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Sean has been with the organization for 10 years. With experience in both sales and customer service in the healthcare industry, his previous positions at ComServe Systems encompass all aspects of the business, in multiple roles such as Customer Services, Finance, and Telesales Management. Sean’s main responsibility includes fostering a productive environment. He continually oversees the performance of his team to ensure they exceed clients’ needs by delivering the most accurate information. Sean received bachelor’s degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Joshua has brough fifteen years of professional experience to ComServe. Prior to joining ComServe in 2017, he served in a variety of Operations and Relationship Management roles primarily within the fields of higher education administration and special events management. Josh utilizes problem solving and leadership skills through his knowledge of relationship management and proficiency in organizational behavior ensure he meets client needs all while achieving corporate objectives. He strives to deliver the most up to date medical information most effectively. Josh received his associate degree in Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Management Technology from Farmingdale State University of New York and his and master’s degree in Tech Systems Management from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

John Kotula

John J. Kotula, Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. and ComServe, Inc. He is responsible for the overall day to day operations, strategic planning and direction of the companies providing leadership and direction to all staff.

John has twenty five plus years experience in the Collections, Credit Reporting and Customer Care industries.

John is a Board member of the Mid Atlantic Collectors Association, past member of the elite “Committee of 100” of the American Collector’s Association, past President of the International Credit Association of NEPA and the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NEPA. John earned his B.S. from the University of Scranton. 

On May 20, 2004 Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. and John were awarded the Small Business of the Year Award from the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. This exclusive award is presented only to those corporations that have been determined to have staying power, product/service innovativeness, and contributions to the community. The winning firm must also exhibit sustained employee growth, earnings growth, success in meeting challenges, and past industry recognition/awards.

John also founded the Jamie Kotula Foundation that was created to honor the memory of his son Jamie. The Jamie Kotula Foundation supports individuals and groups who demonstrate and uphold the principles by which Jamie lived. Edwin (Ned) Abrahamsen

Edwin (Ned) Abrahamsen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1976. In 1976, he was admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania. He was admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in 1980 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1993. He has been named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" every year since 2006. The rigorous selection process is very comprehensive and recognizes only the top 5% of lawyers in the state.

Mr. Abrahamsen possesses a wide depth of expertise in the areas of collection law and personal injury cases. He also has extensive experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security and complex commercial litigation.

He is a certified Civil Trial Advocate by The National Board of Trial Advocacy, a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Accredited Agency, along with being a Certified Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. He holds many professional memberships, including the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and both the Pennsylvania and Federal Bar Associations.

Mr. Abrahamsen’s performs pro bono work for many worthy causes in the area he resides.

Gregory Senkevitch

Greg is a private real estate investor, maintaining ownership interests in several commercial and multifamily properties. He is the CEO of Beneficial Holdings, Inc. and Somerset Property Trust.

Since 2007 Greg has acquired 5 office and industrial properties totaling 2.1 Million square feet and 9 multifamily properties for a total value in excess of $250 Million and has recapitalized a $200 million high rise residential development in Manhattan.

Greg has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry including portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, development, leasing and investor relations.

Greg was formerly COO of Advance Realty Group, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s growth and operating strategies. During his 15 year association with Advance, it grew from $30 Million in assets to one of the largest real estate companies in the Northeast.

He was responsible for successfully acquiring, developing and managing over 13 Million square feet of real estate valued in excess of $2 Billion. He led Advance in the acquisition of over 180 buildings in major Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, leasing over 3.5 Million square feet of office, flex and industrial space, completing over 5.5 Million square feet of construction/ redevelopment projects totaling approximately $540 million, executing more than $4 Billion of portfolio and individual asset financings, and over $1.7 Billion of asset dispositions. Greg was responsible for the management of Advance’s residential land portfolio generating over $30 Million in profits in 3 years.

Greg's institutional investment experience includes structuring, capitalizing, closing and managing joint ventures with foreign and domestic institutional partners. During his 6 years at Prudential he was responsible for 30 individual joint ventures with $3 Billion of assets.

Greg was also responsible for managing Prudential’s large national tenant accounts across its 140 Million sf portfolio.

Joshua Gindin, Esq.

Mr. Gindin has, since 2019, served as General Counsel to Comserve Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc., providing legal and consulting services related to the Company’s business operations, including day-to-day general business (contracts, real estate, human resources, etc.), compliance and regulatory matters.

From 2012 through 2019 Mr. Gindin was a principal in the Bala Cynwyd, PA law firm of Gindin Kessler LLC., providing services in the areas of business and real estate. Prior to that position, from 1998 through 2012, Mr. Gindin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NCO Group, Inc. (publicly Traded on NASDAQ 1996-2006), parent of NCO Financial Systems, Inc.

 

In that position, Mr. Gindin participated in the management of the Company’s business operations and supervised all domestic and international legal affairs of the Company, including legal, regulatory, human resources, compliance, and real estate (managing over 100 domestic and international call centers.

Mr. Gindin received his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Temple University Law School and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
